NEW  The new 440 bed Franklin County Prison is now under construction and its location is extremely close to the Penn-Mar Ethanol proposed distillery land.  Click for PDF picture with labeling! This is a large PDF file and requires a high-speed internet connection.  Click here for a map with some landmarks located on it.

The Prison is the block structure in the foreground.  Penn-Mar Ethanol's proposed distillery site is directly behind the Prison (the field visible beyond the first leafless tree line) and about 1 football field from the prison property. To the far left and just behind the visible tree line is Warrior Roofing Manufacturing.  To the right behind the leafless tree line is the LEAD test track.
